Your first Sage assignment consists of the following tasks:

- Watch Project 1: Using Sage on the Sage projects page. (notice you have to have access to the Sage software to do this).
- Compute the following using Sage:
- 8-22-9
- 8-(22-9)
- 23/5
- $\sin\left(\frac{\pi}{4}\right)$
- $\ln(5)$ - use documentation to get a decimal approximation.

- Define a function of the form $f(x)=ax^b-c$ where $a$ is your birth month, $b$ is your birth year, and $c$ is your age.
- Find the derivative of your own personal function $f$ you defined above.
- Find the second derivative of your function $f$.
- Learn how to plot, and plot your function on the domain (-12,12).

- Define a multivariable function $g(x,y)=xy+x+1$.
- Find the partial derivative with respect to $x$ and then with respect to $y$.
- Learn to plot this multi-variable function.

- Solve the following system of equations: $2x+y+z=1$, $3x+2y-z=0$, and $4x+3y+5z=4$.
- Try to plot the previous three equations in $\mathbb{R}^3$.

- Solve the following system of equations: $3x+y=1$, $6x+2y=2$. Explain briefly the answer you get.
- Define vectors
**v**=(2,4,5,6,2,1) and**u**=(4,7,2,8,9,-3)$. Find the linear combination 4**v**+8**u**.- Extra: Can you find documentation to determine the span of
